Basic Information

The Basic Information section defines the identity and foundational settings of a program.

These values influence how the program appears on the trader's dashboard and how it behaves upon account creation.

  • Program Name - Input text field for naming the program. This name will appear on the trader's dashboard, so make sure it's clear, relevant, and aligned with your brand.

  • Program Description - Optional internal notes for admins. This description is not shown to traders and is only visible within the admin interface.

  • Program Currency - Dropdown to select the account currency provided by the trade servers. This determines the denomination used for trading metrics and calculations.

  • Account Lifetime Limit - Toggle to enable account expiry logic. When active, you can set a threshold in days. If an account remains active beyond this limit, it will automatically breach due to expiry.

  • Program Reset Time - Toggle to enable automated daily resets based on UTC time. Admins can select the reset time with minutes only available at 00 or 30. For example, 06:00 UTC or 22:30 UTC. This affects all daily calculation.

  • Lowest Allowed Equity - A required field that defines the max drawdown threshold. It can be entered as either a percentage or a fixed number - both result in the same value being used. If an account's equity falls below or equals this threshold, it will trigger a breach.

Certificate After Creation

Toggle to automatically send a certificate to users when their account is created under this program. Once enabled:

  • Choose the certificate template from a dropdown (must be created beforehand in the Certificate page).

  • Optionally set a custom Certificate Program Name to override the default program name shown in the certificate.

  • The certificate will be generated in PNG format and sent via email to the user.
