Basic Information
The Basic Information section defines the identity and foundational settings of a program.

These values influence how the program appears on the trader's dashboard and how it behaves upon account creation.
Program Name - Input text field for naming the program. This name will appear on the trader's dashboard, so make sure it's clear, relevant, and aligned with your brand.
Program Description - Optional internal notes for admins. This description is not shown to traders and is only visible within the admin interface.
Program Currency - Dropdown to select the account currency provided by the trade servers. This determines the denomination used for trading metrics and calculations.
Account Lifetime Limit - Toggle to enable account expiry logic. When active, you can set a threshold in days. If an account remains active beyond this limit, it will automatically breach due to expiry.
Program Reset Time - Toggle to enable automated daily resets based on UTC time. Admins can select the reset time with minutes only available at
00or30. For example,06:00 UTCor22:30 UTC. This affects all daily calculation.Lowest Allowed Equity - A required field that defines the max drawdown threshold. It can be entered as either a percentage or a fixed number - both result in the same value being used. If an account's equity falls below or equals this threshold, it will trigger a breach.
Certificate After Creation
Toggle to automatically send a certificate to users when their account is created under this program. Once enabled:
Choose the certificate template from a dropdown (must be created beforehand in the Certificate page).
Optionally set a custom Certificate Program Name to override the default program name shown in the certificate.
The certificate will be generated in PNG format and sent via email to the user.
Allow Paid Account Reset
Toggle to enable paid resets for accounts under this program.
Important
This feature currently supports only checkouts handled by the YourPropFirm SaaS Platform dashboard team.
Once enabled, admins must enter the WooCommerce Product ID corresponding to the paid reset item.
The product type within WooCommerce should be Reset.
