Certificates
The Certificates feature allows administrators to create, manage, and assign customized certificate templates, and automatically issue certificates to users based on achievements or payouts.
The functions in the Certificates are:

View and manage all issued certificates. Allows searching, filtering, previewing, and downloading certificates across all users and programs.
Manage all certificate templates. Administrators can create, preview, edit, assign, and delete templates for both Payout and Achievement types.
