Verification Details

The Verification Details section displays all data collected and assessed during a user's identity verification process.

This includes personal information, proof of address, and contract agreement status. All data is sourced through Sumsub and presented for internal review and decision-making.

Warning

All verification decisions must be made by the prop firm. Even if Sumsub returns a failure or success status, final approval or rejection is solely the responsibility of the prop firm.

Users must not be directed to contact Sumsub under any circumstances. All escalations must be handled internally.

Provided Personal Information

Displays the applicant's identity details pulled from submitted documents.

• User ID - System-generated unique identifier.

• First Name / Last Name - Legal name from the document.

• First Name (EN) / Last Name (EN) - English transliteration if required.

• Date of Birth - As shown on the submitted ID.

• Date of Creation - Timestamp of when verification was initiated.

• Entity Type - Either Personal or Corporate.

• Place of Birth - City of birth.

• Gender - As declared in the document.

• Nationality - Country of citizenship.

• Phone Number - Contact number entered by the user.

• Email - Registered email address.

• Language - Primary language associated with the application.

• Inspection ID - Sumsub reference used for audit trails.
