Change Status
In the Accounts Overview page, each trading account includes an Actions dropdown. For accounts with eligible statuses, the Change Status button is available to allow admin-initiated status updates based on specific operational needs.

The Change Status option only appears if the account is currently in one of the following statuses:
Active
Upgraded
Breached
Upgrade Rejected
Change Flow by Current Status
From Active, administrator can change the account status to:
Breached
Admin must provide:

Reason (text field)
A notification email will be sent to the user, and the breach information will also appear on the user's Objective Dashboard.

Upgraded
Admin has the option to:
Select a Trading Program for the user's next account level, or
Select None to skip account creation
If a program is selected:
A new account will be created.
A notification email will be sent to the user.
if None is selected:
No new account is created.
No email is sent to the user.

From Breached, administrator can change the account status to:
Active
Admin must choose one of the following balance restoration options:
Reset to Initial Balance
Latest Balance
Custom Balance (manual input)
This action does not reset the entire account. Other data such as history and objectives will remain unchanged.

From Upgraded, administrator can change the account status to:
Active
No additional fields or options are required.

From Upgrade Rejected, administrator can change the account status to:
Active
No additional fields or options are required

Notes & Considerations
This feature does not allow arbitrary status jumps - only permitted transitions based on the rules above.
Changing to Breached or Upgraded from Active has implications for user experience and downstream automation, such as account creation and email notifications.
This tool empowers admins to flexibly manage user account lifecycle transitions while maintaining controlled logic and audit trails.
