# Overview

YourPropFirm Dashboard is a **Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)** platform designed specifically for proprietary trading firms ("prop firms") to assess, monitor, and manage their operational workflows through an intuitive dashboard.

The platform provides tools for accounts management, payout records, trader performance dashboard, risk management, and internal process automation, enabling prop firms to scale efficiently while maintaining operational excellence.

To get you up and running with YourPropFirm SaaS Platform, we recommend you do the following:

1. Log in to the dashboard
2. Explore the dashboard features
3. Discuss product knowledge with YourPropFirm account managers
4. Work with YourPropFirm account managers to set up the trade server connection
5. Test your connection
6. Customize your program settings
7. Select your launch date

## Feature Scope

The features provided within the YourPropFirm SaaS Platform are based on the agreed scope outlined in the initial agreement.

Any feature, function, or request outside of this defined feature will be treated as custom request.

Custom requests must be formally submitted and will require discussion with your assigned account manager. Following the discussion, the YourPropFirm (YPF) team will carefully review the request from the business perspective to determine:

1. Whether the necessary resources are available
2. The estimated cost and timeline required to implement the requested feature

Please note that YourPropFirm reserves the right to approve, defer, or decline custom requests based on internal resource availability, business priorities, and strategic alignment.
