# Trade Records

The **Trade Records** section of the YourPropFirm SaaS Platform consists of two key sub-sections: **Open Positions** and **Account History**. Both sections offer detailed visibility into the user's trading activity and support multiple time zone filters for clarity.

## Open Positions

This section displays all **currently active (open)** trades.

Key features:

* **Time Zone Filter**: Users can toggle between displaying time in:
  * Local Timezone (browser / device time)
  * UTC
  * Trade Platform Timezone
* **Data Display**: Each page list from the most recent **15 open trades**.
* **Trade Details**: Includes standard trade metadata such as Order ID, symbol, lot size, entry time, entry price, SL / TP, current price, floating profit / loss, etc.
* **Pagination**: Results are paginated to enhance performance and readibility.

## Account History

This section contains all **closed trades**, with added tools to ensure data accuracy and assess trade eligibility for withdrawal rules.

Key features:

* **Time Zone Filter**: Users can toggle between displaying time in:
  * Local Timezone (browser / device time)
  * UTC
  * Trade Platform Timezone
* **Data Display**: Each page list from the most recent **15 open trades**.
* **Search Function**: Users can search closed trades by:
  * **Order ID**
  * **Symbol**
  * **Command** (Buy / Sell)
* **Back Sync Button**: A **Back Sync** function for administrators, is available for:
  * Re-fetch the latest trade data from the trade platform.
  * Correct any discrepancies in the trade profits or missing trade records.
  * Sync changes within the last **30 days**.

This action should only be used if inconsistencies are detected in the account history.

* **Trade Eligibility Section**: If the prop program has "**Automatically Withdraw Full Profit Amount**" set to **ON**, each closed trade will display eligibility indicators for:

  * **Lots Consistency Withdraw Rule**
  * **Trade Open Duration Withdraw Rule**

  This allows traders and admins to quickly assss which trades qualify under withdrawal policies.
