# Verification Details

The **Verification Details** section displays all data collected and assessed during a user's identity verification process.

This includes personal information, proof of address, and contract agreement status. All data is sourced through Sumsub and presented for internal review and decision-making.

All verification decisions must be made by the prop firm. Even if Sumsub returns a failure or success status, final approval or rejection is **solely the responsibility of the prop firm**.

Users must **not** be directed to contact Sumsub under any circumstances. All escalations must be handled internally.

## Provided Personal Information

Displays the applicant's identity details pulled from submitted documents.

* **User ID** - System-generated unique identifier.
* **First Name / Last Name** - Legal name from the document.
* **First Name (EN) / Last Name (EN)** - English transliteration if required.
* **Date of Birth** - As shown on the submitted ID.
* **Date of Creation** - Timestamp of when verification was initiated.
* **Entity Type** - Either *Personal* or *Corporate*.
* **Place of Birth** - City of birth.
* **Gender** - As declared in the document.
* **Nationality** - Country of citizenship.
* **Phone Number** - Contact number entered by the user.
* **Email** - Registered email address.
* **Language** - Primary language associated with the application.
* **Inspection ID** - Sumsub reference used for audit trails.
