# View Utilities

The Download Page serves as the main hub for utility management.

* Displays a list of all existing utilities for the tenant
* Provides actions to create, edit, or delete utilities
* Shows a notification when the maximum utility limit (15) is reached

**Feature Details:**

* New tenants see an empty state, allowing them to add utilities freely
* When 15 utilities exist, the "Create New Utility" button is disabled and a notification is displayed
* Each utility item displays edit and delete action buttons
