Certificate Templates

This page allows administrators to create and manage certificate templates used for issuing certificates to users.

Each prop firm is allowed a maximum number of 10 certificate templates.

Here is the information provided in the overview:

Column	Description
Name	The internal name of the certificate template.
Type	The certificate type: either Payout or Achievement.
Program	The program associated with the template.
Date	Date when the template was created.

The overview supports search by certificate template name and program name, and can be filtered by certificate type.

Create & Edit Template

Administrators can create and edit certificate templates used for payouts and achievements.

Certificate Template Name

Required field to label the template for internal identification with max. 70 characters.

Background Image

Upload required to enable other customization fields. The requirements are:

• Accepts .png, .jpg, .jpeg formats.

• Image will be resized to a fixed height of 1075px; width follow the same aspect ratio.

• Recommended size; 1500 x 1075px.

Certificate Type

Determines the purpose of the certificate.

• Payout - Used to reward users upon payout approval.

• Achievement - Used to reward users upon reaching milestones.

Selecting Payout will include an extra section for positioning and styling the Payout Amount.

Font Family Options

Selectable font families and weights for certificate texts.

• Available options:

  • Inter (default)

  • PT Serif

  • Playfair Display

  • Questrial

  • Lexend

  • Roboto

  • Oswald

  • Noto Sans

  • Actay

• Each font supports variations like Regular, Medium, Bold, and Black (depending on the typefaces).

To request the addition of a new font for certificate templates, please contact your Account Manager.

Editable Sections

Each of the following sections can be styled and positioned:

• User Name - Displays the user's name.

• Payout Amount (Payout type only) - Displays monetary reward.

• Program Name - Displays the program the user is enrolled in.

• Date - Displays the issuance date of the certificate.

• Font Style - Regular, Bold (default: Regular).

• Font Size - Min. 6px, max. 200px (default: 40px).

• Text Color - Hex or color string, converted to upper case (default: prop firm's primary branding color).

• Text Align - left, center, and right.

• Position:

  • X-axis - Min. 0, max. 1500 pixels.

  • Y-axis - Min. 0, max. 1075 pixels.

All sections in the certificate design are single-line only with overflow hidden.

Preview Area

A draggable interface on the right side shows live preview of certificate layout.

The preview always follows 1500:1075 ratio. The default preview contents are User Name, Program Name, Issue Date, Payout Amount.
