# Payouts Analytics

The **Payouts Analytics** page provides admins with key insights into payout activity, trends, and withdrawable profits across all funded accounts.

It includes a lifetime overview of system-wide metrics, visualized trends, and a searchable payout eligibility table to support account-level operations.

## Top Metrics Overview

All values in the top bar reflect **lifetime totals** in the selected currency.

The numbers always display **two decimal points** with **comma separators** for **thousands**, and **no rounding**.

| **Payout Rate**        | `(Total Unique Users Who Requested Payout / Total Users) * 100`                                                |
| **Payout Density**     | `(Total Number of Payouts / Total Funded Accounts)`                                                            |
| **Avg. Payout**        | `(Total Approved Payouts Amount / Total Funded Accounts)`                                                      |
| **Pending Number**     | Total number of pending payout requests. Reflected based on selected currency.                                 |
| **Pending Amount**     | Total amount of pending payouts. Reflected based on selected currency.                                         |
| **Total Withdrawable** | `∑(Eligible Profit * Profit Split)` from all funded accounts in profit. Reflects the selected currency filter. |

## Trend Charts

### Withdrawable Amounts Line Chart

Visualizes the total withdrawable profit (after profit split) over time.

* **Filters**: `Day` (default), `Week`, `Month`
* **Time Ranges**:
  * **Day**: Last 7 days
  * **Week**: Last 7 weeks (e.g., `W29`, `W28`)
  * **Month**: Last 7 months

Displays the number of payout requests submitted per time unit.

* Same filter logic as the **Withdrawable Amounts** chart
* Default view: `Day`

## Withdrawable Profit Table

A detailed, searchable, and exportable table showing funded accounts with potential of withdrawal.

Data is updated via a scheduler every 30 minutes.

| **Account**              | The trading account login ID                                                                        |
| **Program**              | Program name associated with the account                                                            |
| **Eligibility**          | Displays whether the account is eligible for payout                                                 |
| **Eligible Profit**      | Profit calculated according to internal withdrawal rules                                            |
| **Withdrawable Profit**  | `Eligible Profit * Profit Split`                                                                    |
| **Next Withdrawal Date** | Next date the account can request a payout, based on internal withdrawal cycle rules (`YYYY-MM-DD`) |

**Sorting Options**

* Soonest Withdrawal
* Latest Withdrawal
* Highest Withdrawal Profit
* Lowest Withdrawal Profit
* Highest Eligible Profit
* Lowest Eligible Profit

**Filter Options**

* **Eligibility**: `Eligible`, `Not Eligible`
* **Currency**: Based on currencies from backend in **Trade Servers**
* **Trading Platform**: Based on platforms from backend in **Trade Servers**

**Searchable Fields**

* **Account ID**
* **Program Name**
* **User Name**
* **User Email**
