# Edit Account Data

The **Edit Account Data** action is available from the **Account Dashboard** and opens a modal where admins can directly adjust several core fields of a trading account.

This feature is designed for special cases such as correcting data inconsistencies, restoring values after a manual issue, or adjusting performance metrics for evaluation. All changes are applied immediately and may impact the account's rule calculations.

## Editable Fields in the Modal

Each fields displays the **current value** and can be updated by the administrator:

| Key                                 | Description                                                                                                                                                                                 |
| ----------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Initial Balance**                 | The original balance assigned to the account. Updating this may affect rules that depend on the initial balance for calculations (e.g., max drawdown, profit targets).                      |
| **First Trade Date**                | The datetime of the first trade on the account. Changing this can affect time-based rules like account age or trading duration.                                                             |
| **Current Trading Days**            | The total number of days the account has placed at least one trade. This value influences objectives related to minimum trading days or progression rules.                                  |
| **Current Profitable Trading Days** | The total number of trading days that ended in profit according to the threshold set. This directly impacts level-up and withdrawal rules that require a certain number of profitable days. |
| **Add-ons**                         | A list of applied add-ons (e.g., profit split, withdraw active days, withdraw trading days). Admins can modify which add-ons are currently active or visible on the account.                |
